You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required. Many clients choose to go about their day while we handle the work. We’ll arrange everything with your comfort and security in mind. However, if you are planning to purge your belongings, we do need you present for that part. 

Never! We guide you through the decision-making process, but you always have the final say. Our goal is to help you keep what you love and use. We will never get rid of anything on your behalf, all decisions are yours to make.

It depends on the size and condition of the space, as well as your goals. We offer free consultations to give you an estimate tailored to your specific needs.

Yes, we bring our own professional-grade supplies. The majority of our cleaning kit is made up of Mint Cleaning Products, a Canadian, women-owned company of eco-friendly, amazing cleaning products! However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, just let us know!
